How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play), find Anvya, and tap Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to the Me tab, and tap "Delete my account." You can also email us at hello@anvya.app to request deletion. See full details on our account deletion page.
I was charged but the trial should have been free
Email us at hello@anvya.app with your account email and purchase date, and we'll help sort it out.
The app is crashing or a feature isn't working
Email us at hello@anvya.app describing the issue, your device model, and OS version, and we'll investigate right away.
I found a suspicious job listing
Please report it to hello@anvya.app so we can review and remove it.

¿Cómo cancelo mi suscripción?
Ve a la configuración de suscripciones de tu dispositivo (App Store o Google Play), busca Anvya y toca Cancelar. Conservas el acceso hasta que termine tu período de facturación actual.
¿Cómo elimino mi cuenta?
Abre la app, ve a la pestaña Me y toca "Eliminar mi cuenta". También puedes escribirnos a hello@anvya.app para solicitarlo. Más detalles en nuestra página de eliminación de cuenta.
Me cobraron pero la prueba debía ser gratis
Escríbenos a hello@anvya.app con el correo de tu cuenta y la fecha del cargo, y te ayudamos a resolverlo.
